Installation TipS Installation Services provides customers with site locations within Ireland, a single fee for complete on-site installation of any Quintum equipment any day except public holidays and at any time on a scheduled basis. This service must be scheduled a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance.
TipS will provide the following; - A Field Engineer to arrive on-site and perform installation at an agreed upon time, - A Pre-Installation Conference Call will occur at least 3 days before the Field Engineer departs for the site. - Unpack and verify contents of shipping carton. - Mount chassis in customer rack (if available) or in the location of the customer’s choice within reasonable limits. - Configure and perform diagnostic tests. - Make connection to customers IP network. - Assist customer/PBX vendor in making connections between the PBX and the PSTN. - Perform final testing and optimisations. - Provide customer with overview training.
Customer is responsible for; - Provide TipS with a diagram and site survey explaining the application to be used. - Providing full and safe access to the premises and equipment area. - Scheduling of any resources required during installation including PBX vendor, PSTN vendors and IT/IS personnel. - Coordinating with end users for any outages that may occur during installation. - Coordinating with network providers for any outages that may occur during installation. - Providing an appropriate location for equipment to be installed at. - Providing all necessary connection points, such as IP connections, PBX, PSTN connections, etc. - Providing all necessary information, as required, on the IP network, PBXs and PSTN.
Installation Service Fees;
570-0013-00 TDIS-1 Tenor Installation – Single unit. For Tenors AXM/AFM Series, BX Series, DX Series. € 800.00 plus Travel & Expenses. Service Exclusions; Installation Services 1. Coordination of services to outside vendors such as telecommunications companies and verification issues with Network Facility providers. 2. Determination of compatibility levels or interface issues with non-Quintum Technologies equipment. 3. Design, preparation and maintenance of infrastructure wiring. 4. Moves, changes, deletions and upgrades of Quintum Technologies equipment.
| Non-Contract Time & Material Service Moves Adds or Changes This service can be used for, but not limited to any moves, adds or changes that are not covered by maintenance contracts including on-site visits. - Is based on an hourly fee plus travel, expenses and any cost of materials required to perform such service. - Travel expenses are computed based on roundtrip This is a scheduled based service and the customer must schedule this event a minimum of 1 week prior to required service date with Customer Service personnel. Any and all information detailing the work to be performed will be required at the time of scheduling this event.
Hours of Operation and Response This service is available at any time on a scheduled basis. On-site support is available at any time on a scheduled basis.
Service Fees – Non Contract Time & Material 570-0002-00 TM-1 Non-contract, Time and Materials service – During business hours only. € 150.00 per hour + travel & expenses (if any). 570-0003-00 TM-2 Non-contract, Time and Materials service – extended hours. € 200.00 per hour + travel & expenses (if any).

| Warranty Out of Warranty Repair: Repair or replace unit when Tenor AS is out of warranty. € 180.00 Per unit Repair or replace unit when Tenor AF/AX/ is out of warranty. € 320.00 Per unit Repair or replace unit when Tenor DX/Tenor BX/ Quintum is out of warranty. € 800.00 Per unit Repair or replace unit when Tenor CMS/Call Relay SP Chassis is out of warranty. € 1,500.00 Per chassis Repair or replace unit when Tenor CMS/Call Relay SP Cards (each) are out of warranty. € 1,000.00 Per card Repair or replace unit when Tenor Call Routing Server, or Application Server is out of warranty. € 2,000.00 Per unit
Extended Warranty: For Tenor AS, AF, AX, BX, DX, Call Relay-60, Adds a third year onto the existing 2-year warranty, must be purchased within the first 6 months of ownership. - Tenor AS - € 40 - Tenor AF, AX, Quintum Response Point Analog Gateways and BX - € 80 - Tenor DX, Quintum Response Point Digital Gateways and CR-60 - € 200
For Tenor CMS, Call Relay SP, Call Routing Server & Application Server, two additional years are available, extending the standard 1-year warranty out to 3 years total. - Tenor CMS/CRSP Chassis - € 550 per year - Tenor CMS DS1 Card - € 250 per year - Tenor CMS DSP Card - € 250 per year - Tenor Call Routing Server - € 500 per year - Quintum Application Server - € 500 per year
