Hardware Support Services
For one price, we will assist you with pre-network design to assure easy integration of Tenor with the PSTN, existing PBXs and any analogue devices, including FAX machines. We will provide remote support which will be closed only when the Engineers have verified that Tenor successfully operates with the PSTN and all attached devices. You will have 7x24 Phone Support access to our engineers and Advanced Warranty Replacement.

Phone Support Service (PSS)
Phone Support Service provides advanced product replacement and/or repair services and telephone1 support 24 hours per day, 7 days a week for Quintum Technologies products. Phone Support Service will benefit those customers who have sufficient in-house resources to perform their own product replacements and maintain their network.

Phone Support Service benefits;
- Advance Replacement Mail In Repair and Exchange Service.
- Simplified RMA (Return Materials Authorization) procedure.
- Repair and replacements products are returned at the latest revision level.
- Technical Telephone Support 7x24 with a one-hour telephone response time.
- Quintum Technologies will provide the following;
- One (1) hour telephone response time.
- Trouble ticket number and tracking.
- Remote diagnostics (some customer interaction may be required).
- Replacement unit determination2.
- RMA assignment and shipping.
- Follow-up telephone call to guide customer on replacing unit.
- Diagnostic testing on replaced unit.
- Ticket closure.

Hours of Operation;
Advance replacement provides next business day parts replacement delivery within 72 hours for product
replacement determinations2 made prior to 3:00pm (EST) the previous day. Replacement requests made after 3:00pm are delivered within 96 hours Telephone assistance is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week including weekends and holidays with a one (1) hour telephone response time.

Service Fees: TipS Total Care Package
TipS Total Care Package for Tenor AS/AF/AX Series. Includes
Network planning, and support.€ 300 (1 Year Contract) Per unit.
TipS Total Care Package for Tenor BX Series. Includes
Network planning, and support. € 650 (1 Year Contract) Per unit.
TipS Total Care Package for Tenor DX Series. Includes
Network planning, and support.€ 900 (1 Year Contract) Per unit.

Service Exclusions; TipS Total Care Package
1. Coordination of services to outside vendors such as telecommunications companies and verification issues with Network Facility providers.
2. Determination of compatibility levels or interface issues with non-Quintum Technologies equipment.
3. Design, preparation and maintenance of infrastructure wiring.
4. Moves, adds, changes, deletions and upgrades of Quintum Technologies equipment.
5. Any on-site visits or remote access for the purpose of equipment installation.


Managed Minute Transport Service
TipS will bundle Multipath Switch CPE Installation, Leased Access Network and aggregation of minute traffic for hand-off to a Provider TDM Switch

Charge Elements are:
CPE Hardware and Install – See Hardware Product Pricing and Support Services
Leased Access Monthly Charge – Connection Charge € * plus € ** monthly (min term 1 year)
Per Call Aggregation Fee - € 00.0150 cent per call monthly charge (either direction)
Port Charge for Hand-Off Gateway - € 1500 per annum per E1 port
Minute Termination Charges: Direct Monthly Debit between Provider and CPE User
